Matt Garrison, founder of the Matt Garrison Group and CondoShark.com, recently launched ShoreShark.com. ShoreShark reports price discounts, foreclosures and short sales in Chicago's North Shore commnities. I'd heard recently from half a dozen agents that they were expecting a relatively imminent "wave" of foreclosures on the North Shore. In this segment of a video interview I asked Matt for his take on that and his judgment of the relative values among North Shore communities.
