About Chris:
UK guitarist/composer Chris Woods leads the Chris Woods Groove Orchestra, blending ear-bending, dropped-tuned grooves that frequently combine dark jazz textures and percussive guitars. His career so far has seen him take to stages from Glastonbury to Slovakia’s Mikulášsky Jazz Festival, in addition to writing the definitive guide on the percussive style, Percussive Acoustic Guitar for Hal Leonard Publishing.
