My own take on the "Camera Tracking" exercise.
I did the footage and all the rest myself. I'm fighting a bit with some Plane Track bugs, but I'll look at reporting soon.

I'm using Plane Track for the laptop screen (including a nice 'Escher'-like fractal effect) and for the book cover/side (which was replaced by the content of my book on the Blender Game Engine ;) http://www.dalaifelinto.com/?page_id=919

I was focusing on the tracking and 3d elements insertion. For the result to be more realistic I would need to put more effort into compositing: track the focus of the camera, the light adjustment and to work more on the materials.
