Samsung is expected to announce the T.O.F (Time Of Flight) sensor with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 . This Time of Flight sensor will work along with the front camera to make better facial recognition . This sensors can also be used with the rear camera for depth sensing in portrait mode photography. This sensor will help in determining the depth much more accurately than the technology we use right now . Which con prove to be a major improvement in the portrait mode .
