Aurangabad: (18-11-2017) I have to state being the scion of Nizam family particularly representative of legal heirs of the widespread properties of sir. H.E.H. Mir Osman Ali Khan, the VIIth Nizam of Hyerabad, I have initaited necessaty legal proceeding to retrieve and take back into custody the immovable properties located in aurangabad and elsewhere in maharashtra and therefore i have pentitioned with concerned authorities to undertake the process of enquiry as per the directives of Hon'ble President of India dated 20/07/2016 and do the long prending justice to L.H. of Nizam Family.
Therefore, I am requesting the authorities to take appopriate action action by filing FIR against such incrrigible and unscrupulous elements. Similary Maulana Azad College Arts, Commerce, and Science, Taj Vivanta At Rafique Zakaria Campus (Roza Bagh) Himayat Bagh, Aurangabad And Rafique Zakaria Womens College At Nawkhanda Palace Jublee Park, aurangabad which has been illigally occupied in connivace with Maharashtra state Wakf Board, aurangabad need to be freed from illegal occupants and those who illegally occupied other lands and properties.
