Just showing the spot I use to get my Frosts done. Setup is as follows Weapon - Chaotic Rapier Head - Helm of Neitiznot Body - Verac's Brassard Legs - Verac's Plateskirt Boots - Dragon boots Off-hand - Dragon Defender Amulet - Glory Cape - Ardougne 4 Gloves - Barrows Ring - Wealth My inventory allowed me for 40 mins of Frosts, if desired to do longer, take the yak and fill it with a few extra brews before leaving as well as getting another overload and super antifire. Inventory is 2 Overload/2 Super Antifire/10 Super Prayer/4 Sara Brews/Enhanced Elite Excalibur/Cannon with approx 1200+ CB's/Yak with atleast 200 scrolls The spot of the cannon is key to making this work. It allows the cannon to attack the North-west Frosts at a decent rate. Sometimes a Frost will spawn on top of the cannon and get killed within 5 seconds. In the video I kill 46 Frosts within a little under 15 mins. With Interpolation, this comes out to 184 Frosts per hour. However the trip that I did this in came out to 131 bones in 40 mins, which averages to 196 Frosts per hour. Therefore, with proper abilities and micro, you can easily get over 180+ per hour. Costs for supplies for one hour is approximately 877,825 gp at current prices. Frost bones are at 3.24 mil for 180 and 3.52 mil for 196. As such, profit per hour is approx. 2.3m-2.6m.
