Carlos climbs to the top of Culver City Park to admire the sights of Sony Picture studios and the bustling city life.  Suddenly an old adversary nicknamed Panda for his strength violently confronts Carlos about a previous dispute.  Fortunately an adorable Japanese tourist called Miko accidentally saves the day.
