In response to the Holy Spirit’s words through her cousin Elizabeth, Mary is inspired to speak, and her words remind us that Christmas is not another nice bedtime story. Instead, we recognize that the Holy Spirit sees those who are intimate with injustice, who feel the pain of dashed dreams, and who are accustomed to being nobodies. Pastor Eugene Cho teaches from Luke 1 verses 46-55.
