US Diplomat: Iraq Withdrawal Plan on Track

In testimony to Congress on Thursday, U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, Christopher Hill, said the United States is still on track to withdraw all its combat troops by August of next year. VOA's Dan Robinson reports from Capitol Hill, where lawmakers on the House Foreign Affairs Committee asked Ambassador Hill about the schedule, and the upsurge in violence in Iraq.
