I was playing around with walking through walls and found something similar to the warps that put the jet scooter on land. Only this time it's Ikuto and Menobe. 

You can warp from B6 of Ikuto to the top floor of Menobe by going through the walls and into the black void. For some reason the void there is designated as a warp. Since you can't go any further down though perhaps the top floor of Menobe is the next map? It could just be some kind of oversight. It's interesting that they lay on opposite sides of Aukba though and are connected through abnormal means. But that might not mean anything.

At the Esper Mansion, in Lutz's personal cold storage, if you go through the wall into the void you end up in the key tube bridge near the Yellow Dam. Which I find even more interesting.

Both of these warps could be left over from testing. Since you wouldn't normally be able to reach them there's no reason to take them out. Phantasy Star 4 has a similar warp from the Academy to Rykros.

Also, I took the long way to Ikuto B6. While it seems obvious now, at the time I didn't think to just walk through the wall of B6 directly.
