Jodi Arias came before Judge Stevens on June 20th. There was a meeting in her chambers, and Travis Alexander's sister participated via telephone. Although the defense counsel want to delay the proceedings until January, Martinez, the prosecutor, wants to push forward. The Judge is not ruling on this, but they are scheduled to meet again on July 18. Perhaps then jury selection will begin. This video shows a little background, with excerpts.
