Like most of us with a IBD, some of us cursed with more than one, our bodies just do not absorb nutrients, minerals, and vitamins. When we feel bad it could be anything, because with my Crohn's Disease and Gastroparesis they already cause other problems. And, so it could be anything that is wrong. Life isn't fair, and some of us have been dealt a pretty crappy hand.
