"There's a special kick in the pants for this now because of the Reynolds High School shooting," says Penny Okamoto of Ceasefire Oregon, as she uses another tragedy to push her agenda. Ironically, she goes on to talk about how the guns used in that shooting WERE locked up, yet that didn't prevent a teenager from getting to them, thus negating any kind of "child access prevention" law that her organization hopes to get rammed through this year.
