Cerberus Returning in Mass Effect Andromeda? (Fan Theory)

Spoiler Warning: Cerberus is one of the most interesting enemies in Bioware's Mass Effect Universe. The pro-human organization will stop at nothing to see humanity at the forefront. It's leader, Illusive Man, was said to have the best and worst traits of humanity rolled into one man. There was something about Cerberus in Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 that seemed familiar and even alluring. 

There's potential for Cerberus to return in the upcoming Mass Effect Andromeda - for a great many reasons. Mass Effect Andromeda's Andromeda Initiative launched in 2185, the same time as events in Mass Effect 2. Cerberus was at the height of its power. If they could reconstruct both Commander Shepard and the SSV Normandy, then getting their claws into the Andromeda Initiative would have been easy. Although it would be a one-way trip, getting sleeper agents onboard the Hyperion or Nexus would allow Cerberus the ability to start afresh in a new galaxy - Andromeda. This clean slate brings with it potential for power limited only by the resources of Andromeda. All of this could occur without Cerberus agents knowing the fate of the Illusive Man 600 years prior, but then again, would it matter? The ideals of Cerberus aren't tied to one man or galaxy, they're tied to one race. 

There are a couple reasons why we might not see Cerberus in Bioware's Mass Effect Andromeda, which I outline in the video. It's all speculation, take this with a grain of salt.
