Hi everybody!
Something a little different this week. I like a lot of people was shocked to hear about the passing of Sir Roger Moore today at age 89. I mean he was old, he had cancer, and it happens to everyone... but NOT JAMES BOND!!

Even though I liked other Bonds like Connery, Dalton, and Craig, Moore seemed to personify the role the best. He is, after all, the current longest running James Bond with seven Bond films under his belt and 5,000 plus days. Sean Connery had seven movies too but, they were not consecutive and he had 3,000 plus days.

Moore had other film credits to his name as well, such as Maverick, The Saint, Boat Trip, and Spice World. He worked a lot with UNICEF. He fought hard through a lot of illnesses in his long illustrious life.

Here's to you Sir Roger Moore! Rest easy.

THE SONG IS: Ave Maria- Bach-Gounod
