Congress president Rahul Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi by tweeting about the recent incident of mob lynching in Alwar, Rajasthan.
Questioning the manhandling by cops in the case, Rahul in a tweet asked why the police took three hours to take the victim Rakbar Khan to a hospital which is just 6km away.

Rakbar, 29, was lynched by a mob of cow vigilantes on July 21 in Rajasthan's Alwar. According to various reports, Rakbar was allegedly beaten up by the cops before taking to the hospital. Some reports also claim that the police took three hours to take him to the hospital. An investigation has been initiated in the matter.
