(this is a weird one... the name of the album is Ischemic Folks, and Phoenecia is actually the name of the artist who made the tune, but they don't have a name for it, or any of the tracks for that matter.  They just name the tracks by who made them.  So I just call it track one here, since it's the first tune on the cd.)
