Monica Gold is an ambitious and fiery Canadian born performance artist, choreographer and artistic director. She lives to perform and loves to teach. Her energy is magnetic, and you’ll often hear her telling her students to put their fierce faces on and get ready to go on tour, because every class is a concert to her!

With a background in various styles of dance, Monica has performed in countless live shows and music videos and has worked with some of Toronto’s most reputable choreographers. Dance is her truest love and she aims to share that intense passion with each of you through “Find Your Fierce”.

FYF is a dance and fitness company that aims to inspire, empower and motivate women (and men!) inside AND outside of the studio!

Starting in the studio we infuse powerful postures, poses & pumps into your movement. Every move you make is tailored to make you feel like your most confident self.
