Hit & Run on 288 Park Hill Ave

YPD/YFD responded to a call about a hit and run that happen on 288 Park Hill Ave early this morning (3:50am). Eyewitness say that a car hit a parked car and then a Telephone Pole, breaking it, they also say that the driver and passengers (3) of the car fled the scene but the driver returned to the car to pick something and then was held for the Police. We also heard that a child that appeared to be as young as 10 years old was among the passengers. At this time, this accident is under investigation and the cause is still unknown.
