#vlogmas #vlogmas2018 #yoga HEY FAM!! Welcome to today's vlog. Stretch therapy session. So I got started with the vlog really late, just at dinner time. I also had a client today who came by for a stretch therapy session with me and it was amazing. Then I forgot to vlog the rest of the night, which didn't consist of much because I actually went to bed pretty early. Hope you guys enjoyed today's little snippet into my class and my Sunday evening and I will catch you tomorrow. ⚠️ If you're reading this leave a 🧘🏾♀️in the comments.⚠️ Xoxo 💚💚💚💚 GET ON THE WAIT-LIST FOR MY NEW EBOOK- SMART: https://mailchi.mp/d6a1f8c8b926/smart ➡️ ARE YOU ON INSTAGRAM?
