City Councilors will be presented with a revised recommended budget tonight and public input is encouraged. City administrators are proposing ideas like raise the gross receipt tax by a quarter of a percent, adding red light cameras and increasing water and sewer rates to name a few. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. tonight.
