David A. Jones, Jr.

David is chairman and managing director of Chrysalis Ventures, through which he has worked with exciting and innovative new healthcare companies since co-founding the firm in 1993. He currently serves on the boards of MyHealthDIRECT, Connecture, HCCA International, Sanovia and several other Chrysalis portfolio companies. From 2005 -- 2010 David chaired the board of Humana Inc., and still serves as a director and member of the board's executive committee. 

David's passions are improving healthcare through innovation, ending the obesity epidemic, and improving U.S. education outcomes. He is an active triathlete, a father of two, and a lifelong learner.
