- Paciente de 31 años, con patrón MPB NW IV, en tratamiento médico con finasteride/minoxidil los últimos 8 años. 

Donante con las siguientes características:

· Temporal: 53 micras de pelo; 90 UF/cm2; 213 pelos/cm2; 2,37 pelos/UF; CV de 11,29

· Parietal: 54 micras; 90 UF/cm2; 266 pelos/cm2; 2,96 pelos/UF; CV de 14.36

· Occipital: 55 micras; 95 UF/cm2; 256 pelos/cm2; 2,69 pelos/UF; CV de 14,08

TDA (área donante total) de 228 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 12358 grafts (a 2,67 pelos/graft).

Se realiza intervención de 2901 grafts (6827 pelos) para restaurar 69 cm2 de frontal (38-42 grafts/cm2) y picos temporales, a una media de 2,36 pelos/graft (420 singles; 1323 dobles; 878 triples; 264 cuadruples, 15 quintuples, 1 sextuple). Punch de 0.8 mm.

A los 7 meses se realiza segunda intervención para completar coronilla e incrementar cobertura en zona frontal. TDC de 9480 en esta segunda cirugía. Se extraen 3401 grafts para cubrir 55 cm2 de coronilla (40 grafts/cm2) y 68 cm2 de frontal (31grafts/cm2) a 2,42 pelos/graft (377 singles, 1512 dobles; 1223 triples; 279 cuadruples; 10 quintuples)

We extracted 3401 grafts to cover 55 cm2 of Crown (40 grafts/cm2) and 68 cm2 of frontal third (31 grafts/cm2) at 2.42 hairs/grafts (377 singles, 1512 dobles; 1223 triples; 279 cuadruples; 10 quintuples)
