Holiday Treat: Rum Balls Recipe

Colin and I make Rum Balls for a Holiday Party!  Here is the recipe.  Let us know if you make them and how they turn out :)
Rum Ball Recipe:
1/2 Lb. Walnuts finely chopped
8oz. (2 bars) German Sweet chocolate finely grated
1 Cup Sugar
3 Egg Whites (lightly beaten)
Dark Rum
6oz+ Chocolate Sprinkles

Mix together the walnuts, chocolate, sugar and half the egg whites.  Add enough rum to moisten the mixture so that it holds together to form a "dough".  Shape into one inch balls and roll into remaining egg white, then chocolate sprinkles.  Let dry.  Makes about 30.
