We use jumping dips to train both leaders and followers for aerials requiring jumping or pushing. Oftentimes, we need the follows to activate their muscles through the leaders so the leaders can lift and throw them. To increase or decrease difficulty, just raise or lower the two people you use as props. This particular drill was used to train for the popover aerial. It requires jumping and pushing from the follower. Thanks to Melissa Cayron and Jota for assisting me at the Plaza de Olavide in Madrid, Spain. http://www.madverve.com
