This is my home built SEC 15-3 exciter reconfigured to Dr. Stiffler's latest charging arrangement where energy around the source battery is used to charge a second battery.   The SEC "towers" are used with three different locations of LED illumination.  Two small 12 volt SLA batteries are used in this setup.  One is driving the SEC while the other is being charged.  The system is drawing about 20 to 30 mA.  The 27 LEDs on the tower panel and wired in series.
