I love the look of the 1920s flapper, but sometimes it can be a little overdone. I thought I'd mix it up a bit by throwing in a twist and creating what I think Ursula from The Little Mermaid would've looked like as a flapper from the roaring twenties! I wanted to use colors similar to Ursula's makeup but apply it in a way that coincided with trends of the '20s. Enjoy!
