Hi guys this is channel f&D in this video i'm going to show you how to copy text from scanned documents and images using Microsoft office and paint. Normally you cannot do this with Microsoft Office but by making some changes in the installation of MS office it is possible to do this. It is actually done with the help of OCR (optical character recognization). its easy and simple. First you'll have make some changes in the installation watch the video to do this. And after that follow these steps 1) first open the image from which you want to extract text with any image editor like paint 2) Now save the image in .TIF format 3) Now go to start menu and search for "Microsoft office document imaging" 4) Open the image in this software and go to tools and select "Recognize text using OCR" 5) Now again go to tools and select "Send text to word" Hope you enjoyed the video Thanks for watching!!!!
