My wife is gone to Atlanta for the week, leaving me and Grandpa with the girls. Grandpa decides to keep the baby all week, even though he could have sent her to daycare during the day. I try to juggle work and my daughter's activities. And we also have to have a teleconference to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday.

Because my daughter has a peanut allergy, we decide to make the birthday cake and the ice cream ourselves. My wife has a recipe for a chocolate cake that my daughter and I love. This year, my daughter decided that she wanted the cake decorated with a witch made out of frosting.

For presents, my daughter got a ukelele from us and the game, Wet Head, from grandma and grandpa. It's a strange game that makes a mess. But I like it way more than I like Pie Face.
