After we had arrived at the camp site and got the tent up I decided I would do some filming at the Bala Lake Railway which is right next door to the camp site at Llanuwchllyn. One of the resident Hunslet 0-4-0 Saddle Tank locomotives 'Holy War' was the engine in service and was so for the whole 2 weeks we were there. In this video we see her at Llanuwchllyn station waiting to depart for Bala then the departure itself. She is the seen arriving back on the same train. After seeing her run around her train we take a trip up the line to Bala where she runs round and we return to Llanuwchllyn. She then shunts the stock back to the shed and we end with a look around the station and inside the signal box. Filmed on a Panasonic HS60 HD Camcorder Enjoy
