I'm sick of this. When I go to a nice sit-down restaurant I want every item shown on the menu to be available. That's why it's called a menu. If I want to play a game of chance I'll go to a damn casino. If you go to a restaurant and they play this stupid game of "not having" some items, you tell them to STICK IT and leave.
