We visit the annual Comal County Fair in New Braunfels, Texas. We take in some of the art and antiques. I get yet another hat and have some great food like German Potato Pancakes (Kartoffelpuffer) and Pork chop on-a-stick. -------------------------------------------------------- Angela describes of to make German Potato Pancakes (Kartoffelpuffer) from her mother's recipe. https://youtu.be/rxcDkVaLH9w -------------------------------------------------------- Bill Hertzing on Social Media: YouTube- https://www.youtube.com/user/bhertzing Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/bhertzing/ Twitter- https://twitter.com/billhertzing http://blog.billhertzing.com/
