Dalian city of northeastern China’s Liaoning Province encountered a rare heavy downpour that threatened to damage a key national seaborne test platform. Twelve military personnel risked their lives reinforcing the ropes in the wharf on August 20. Sadly, three of them sacrificed their lives in the process. The heroes’ names are Huang Qun, Song Yuecai and Jiang Kaibin.
