Playing with vertical moves. Right splitwheel to left cartheel to left splitwheel to right carthweel to right Tricky Woo. All movies are from my trainings at the swimming pool. During winter between studies and weekend's job I was going to the swimming pool in my home city - Wrocław. Thanks to that trainings when I can't paddle on the rivers I can keep myself in good shape and prepare myself to upcoming season 2018. I like to play with new tricks and combinations of freestyle moves. For Flatwater freestyle I need to use more power but It's very good for learning technics of moves. It's easier to focus on my goal without running water. Flat water also nice strengthens body. After faltwater sessions I have more fun jumpig higher and doing more adnavced moves and combinations on the rivers! - Zofia Tuła
