This battle format had all of the bboys enter as individuals. After the preliminary rounds 16 bboys were grouped together to create an 8 on 8 crew battle. Whichever crew wins the initial 8 on 8 battle then gets divided, and the next round becomes a 4 on 4. The battles continue that way till eventually the Final battle is a 1 on 1.
