The United States’ Food and Drug Administration is going to announce a major anti-tobacco initiative targeting e-cigarettes and young smokers. Despite a decades-long anti-tobacco campaign aimed at young people, three million high school students and 600,000 middle school students are now smoking in the US as e-cigarettes are quite popular.
