This Mascleta was in the honor of the Virgen de los Desamparados. The most important religious figure of Valencia. After the morning procession which takes the virgin from the Basilica to the Cathedral, they're celebrating this holiday with noise and the smell of gunpowder. Look at this, a Mascleta without a fence and even crazier look at the pyrotechnician right under the exploding fireworks. I love the fireworks on the day of the virgin in Valencia.
