CENTERVILLE -- Helping families incorporate movement and fitness into their daily lives that's the goal of a Fit 2 Play event held Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014. Parkour demo group The Tribe and the Xpogo Stunt Team showed off their skills and fitness experts were on hand to show proper exercise techniques. Former football star Maurice Clarett also stopped by to share his story of overcoming a tumultuous life and imprisonment. "I think it's important to tell a real life story of how you can go from being up one day and fall and how much character it takes to become triumphant again, said Clarett. Zero Gravity and Centerville High School teamed up for the event.
