Maxut Zhumayev is the conqueror of all existing 14 eight thousand km high mountain peaks of the world (2000 - 2011). He became the 27th member of the "Quest-14" and is one of the 12 climbers in the world who managed to climb all the eight thousanders without supplementary oxygen. In his talk, Maxut ignites the audience to shoot for the moon, and that nothing is impossible when you believe.
