The Oysters are inspired by the pop music explosion of the 1950's, and play tunes from that era and from the ripples it sent out that are still felt today. Our original tunes are in homage to the masters. Our sets are designed to get folks of all ages out on the dance floor to swing and stomp. Everyone sings lead vocal, which adds variety, and nothing sounds better than good harmonies. The Oysters all graduated from Sandwich High School way back in the '90s and have performed in various Boston / South Shore / Cape acts including the Deloreans, Stimulus Package, Roshambo, and the Tube Tops.
