Parents of young children are all too familiar with the frightened cries and fearful snuggles after their child has had a nightmare. It is often difficult for children to separate a nightmare from reality, which can make them afraid to go back to sleep or lead to bedtime struggles. Health reporter Haley Hernandez has more on how there are a number of reasons why children may experience them.
