Nov. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Vivendi SA is seeking a bigger portion in cash from partner General Electric Co. for its 20 percent stake in NBC Universal. The talks are key to GEs plan to form a venture with Comcast Corp., which would own a majority of a new entity combining NBC Universal assets with its own. GE owns 80 percent of NBC Universal.
