Dad helps deliver his baby on the side of Highway 178

A Kern County family welcomed their newest family member on the side of Highway 178. On Saturday the couple was headed down to Bakersfield after the woman went into labor. They didn't make it very far before her water broke and baby Skyler made her grand entrance into the world. Mom and baby are happy and healthy and are now back home.
