Saturday 24th May 2014. QPR defeated Derby in the Championship Play-offs it was a late goal by Bobby Zamora which securing QPR promotion to the Premier League. In the summer, players arrived and some left including Harry Redknapp. Immediately a replacement was found, I will be taking the hot seat at Loftus Road. 

In this series I will be taking a methodical approach to this position as Queens Park Rangers manager, I will delve into tactics, training, dealing with players and backroom staff and of course who arrives and leaves.
