Goa Pradesh Congress Committee has observed fast at Azad Maidan-Panaji to promote harmony in various sections of the society. AICC is protesting against the amendment in the SC and ST Prevention of Atrocities Act. In its protest fast from 11am to 5pm Congress has condemned the act and termed BJP government as anti-dalit.
