An arts festival aimed at promoting inclusivity in the industry is underway in Cape Town. ArtsAbility creates a platform for people living with disabilities to work together with able bodied persons in a wide range of art genres. 
The event at the Artscape Theatre is taking place during International Week for Persons Living with Disabilities.
