I'm once again participating in the Project For Awesome, the YouTube-wide day of charity/non-profit promotion started by Hank and John Green, aka, the Vlog Brothers.  As in years' past (I've also done this on a previous channel), I'll be promoting the Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network, or RAINN for short.  Given the subject material of the video, viewer discretion is advised, as some of the discussed content may be considered too sensitive or "triggering" for some viewers.

RAINN is the largest anti-sexual violence organization in the United States.  It's also the creator and operator of the National Sexual Assault Hotline, and carries out various programs to help prevent sexual violence, help the victims who have experienced it, and ensure that rapists are brought to justice.

As this is a cause that I've always felt very strongly about, I can't pass up the chance to spread the word about an organization doing some good in the hopes of reducing or even eliminating sexual violence.  Thankfully, I myself have never been a victim, but I know people who have been, and I wouldn't wish the trauma of rape upon anyone.  There's NEVER an excuse for it.
