Friday the 13th: The Game is a multiplayer action-adventure survival horror video game developed by Gun Media and IllFonic, and published by Gun Media. It is based on the franchise of the same name owned by New Line Cinema. It was supposed to released on May 26, 2017, but due to digital store release problems, it is unsure what time the game will be released. [1] It will be released for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

Friday the 13th: The Game will be a semi-open world[2] third-person survival horror game set in the fictional camp of Crystal Lake in the Friday the 13th franchise. The time period in which the game is set is the mid-1980s in order to better capture the feel of the original films.
