Here he can be seen lifting with a real Tree, weighing in at just over 100KG's. Moments after this warm-up training, Franz also took part in a unique strength and endurance stunt where he raced 2 horses whilst pulling a weighted cart. Speaking about his training, he told Newsivity: "Training in the outdoors is much better than in a studio or closed gym. Outside I regularly lift trees, chop wood, lift heavy stones and run in the mountain air as part of my training and preparation for extreme stunts.
