USDA officials, including the Assistant Secretary for Administration Pearlie Reed, heard more complaints than they wanted from farmers during a listening session in South Georgia recently. The growers say the process of applying for farm program benefits through the Farm Service Agency, is just not user-friendly. The Monitors Rick Treptow reports.
